Clearing up so many pieces also gives you new ones to work with as the board rearranges itself and adds more pieces. This power-up is best used for clearing multiple pieces in one go, especially if those pieces add up to the level’s requirement.
You can tell which piece it is by looking at the color at the top of the ball. Activating it by tapping will destroy all the pieces with the most number of tiles on the board. Activating it by swiping will destroy all pieces similar to the adjacent piece you just swiped it with. Rainbow Balls are created when you match 5 pieces in a row or column together. Rainbow Balls clears the board of 1 type of piece. All of these power-ups can be activated by swapping them with an adjacent piece or tapping them. However, matches of 4 and 5 pieces are and will result in the creation of special power-ups. As the name suggests, you must match three similar pieces in a row or column to earn points.
